Do this...before you're ready

Happy Monday, friend!

As you head into this week, I want to share something that's been on my mind.

Have you noticed it's easy to help people with their goals, but when it comes to your own, things feel challenging?

Like you can effortlessly bring other people's dreams to life, yet your ambitions leave you feeling stuck and unsure—even if you're considered an "expert" in that area?

I've been reflecting on this because it's been affecting me, too.

Here's what I've realized: When we help other people, we don't worry about being perfect, which keeps us intuitive and present.

But when we set our own goals, we overthink and lose that focus.

Then, the anxiety about future steps blocks our creativity, even though we're full of amazing ideas.

It sucks.

Here's a simple fix: Just start before you feel ready.

Seriously, take the very first step.

And approach your projects like you do when you’re helping other people—be present

Let your creativity flow naturally, and use strategic thinking when necessary.

Use your mind like a toolbox of ideas, but let your soul and instincts guide you in using and bringing them to life

Doing this will help you act nowlearn as you go, and adjust as you go—without needing everything to be perfect.

So, please stop waiting. Just start.

And remember, the answers you're looking for show up through action anyway.
